Pastry Dough:
1 orange peel with skin
2 cups (ch) of sugar
1/2 cup (ch) of olive oil
1/2 cup (ch) of water
3 eggs
3 cups (ch) of all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon (sop) of baking powder
Calda:
1 cup (ch) of sugar
1/2 cup (ch) of water
100g of grated coconut
Pastry Dough:

Pastry Dough:
Bake the oven to 180°C
Cut the orange into cubes and remove all seeds
Blend in a blender the orange, sugar, olive oil, water, and eggs
Transfer to a bowl and add flour and baking powder
Mix well
Place in a greased and floured mold
Bake for approximately 30 minutes
After baking, let it cool, unmold, and reserve
Calda:
Brew over low heat the sugar and water until it reaches the right consistency
Add grated coconut last and remove from heat
Douse the cake with the glaze and decorate to taste.
