1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
500g freshly grated coconut
2 cans of sweetened condensed milk
2 egg yolks
2 egg whites beaten to a snow-like consistency

Mix all the ingredients and set aside
Finally, add the whipped egg whites
Line mini muffin tin cups with paper liners and fill with the mixture
Place them in a large baking dish, surrounded by water (bain-marie)
Cover with aluminum foil and bake for about 30 minutes.
