Preheat the oven to medium (180o)
Grease a 23 cm diameter ring mold with butter
In a blender, beat the eggs, sugar and butter for 1 minute, until you get a creamy mixture
Add milk, vanilla extract and blend well
Add flour and baking powder sifted together and mix until it forms a homogeneous mass
Pour into the prepared ring mold and bake for 35 minutes or until, when you insert a toothpick in the center of the cake, it comes out dry
Remove from the oven and let cool
Unmold and serve.
