Beat the yucca in a blender. Reserve
In a pan, mix together the grated coconut and water over low heat
Cook until a fine thread forms
Remove from heat and add the cooked yucca, butter, milk, egg, and coconut milk
Mix well
Pour into a greased baking dish and bake in a moderate oven for 1 hour
Invert onto a plate with the bottom facing upwards
