Beat the whites until stiff and add the sugar gradually, beating constantly to achieve firm peaks
Add the yolks one by one, beating constantly
Add the honey
Beat until a smooth mixture is obtained
Add the all-purpose flour and active dry yeast, mixing carefully
Pour the batter into a greased 25 x 40 cm baking dish and bake in a moderate oven (180°C) for about 1 hour, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean
Note: Do not open the oven door during the first 40 minutes to prevent the cake from sinking.
