1 1/4 cups of all-purpose flour sifted
1 3/4 cups of heavy cream

Mix the eggs with the cheese until it forms a thick and pale yellow mixture (beat for about 5 minutes)
Gradually add the flour and heavy cream, alternating between the two
Grease a baking dish
Place 1 tablespoon of the dough on it
Spread it evenly and bake until the edges are golden
Remove and roll up quickly with a wooden spoon handle
This needs to be done rapidly, as the dough will stiffen soon
Repeat this process with the remaining dough
