1 Preheat the oven to 350°F
Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth
2 Pour into a 9-inch round cake pan greased and floured with cornmeal
Bake for about 40 minutes
Let cool and then remove from pan
Refrigerate and, when serving, dust with confectioner's sugar.
