3 cups of strawberries crushed slightly with a fork (420g)
1 cup of ground biscuit (100g)
1 tablespoon of vanilla

Preheat the oven to moderate temperature (180°C)
In a medium bowl, beat the egg whites until they become foamy and thickened
Add the flour and beat until the mixture is firm
Drain the strawberries and add them to the egg whites together with the biscuit and mix well
Separately whip the egg yolks until stiff and snowy
Add carefully to the strawberry mixture
Pour into a round mold of 24cm diameter, greased and baked for about 1 hour or until it doesn't leave an impression when touched lightly with the finger
Serve with whipped cream, if desired
Cut into 12 portions.
