1 3/4 cups of yogurt cheese
4 eggs
3/4 cup of sugar
1/2 teaspoon of vanilla
1/4 cup of all-purpose flour

Mix all the ingredients well or process them in a food processor
Pour the dough into an ungreased 20 cm diameter mold
Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 1 hour and 15 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean
Let it cool for 8 hours
Note: To obtain yogurt cheese, line a colander with 4 layers of paper towels and place 5 cups of natural yogurt
Let it drain for 8 to 10 hours
