2 teaspoons of vanilla

300g dark chocolate chips

2 tablespoons of margarine
2 tablespoons of sugar
1 can of heavy cream
3 sheets of gelatin
1 cup of fruit puree

Sorbet cream
Beat the egg yolks with condensed milk and whole milk
Heat over low heat, stirring until thickened
Remove from heat, add vanilla and heavy cream, and let cool
Beat egg whites until stiff and fold into cooled cream mixture
Pour into a moist refrigerator and freeze for 1 hour
Sorbet chocolate
Heat whole milk, dark chocolate chips, condensed milk, and eggs over low heat, stirring until thickened
Cool and transfer to blender
Add heavy cream and blend well. Reserve
Beat egg whites until stiff and fold into cooled cream mixture
Pour over sorbet cream and freeze for 1 more hour
Sorbet fruit
Beat margarine with sugar
Add canned heavy cream and gelatin, following package instructions
Mix in fruit puree
Pour over chocolate sorbet and freeze until firm.
