2 packages of chocolate cake mix
1 and 1/4 cup (ch) of water
1 box of strawberry gelatin.
Filling and topping:
1 package of unsalted butter
1 can of condensed milk
12 tablespoons of heavy cream
1 cup (ch) of cherry preserves, strained and chopped
Cherries for decorating
2 packages of chocolate cake mix
1 and 1/4 cup (ch) of water

Prepare the cakes according to the instructions on the packaging
Wait for them to cool and cut both in half
In a saucepan, heat 1 cup (ch) of water and dissolve the package of gelatin
Then, add the remaining liquid, which should be at room temperature. Reserve
Place one of the cake halves on a plate
Using a fork, poke it thoroughly and gently pour the gelatin over it
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour
In a blender, mix the butter and add in increments the condensed milk, heavy cream, and cherry preserves
Let it process until it forms a stiff and smooth cream
Use half of it to fill the cake soaked with gelatin
Next, spread chopped cherries over the filling
Cover with the other half and apply the remaining cream on top
Decorate with cherries and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
