1 basic cake dough (see recipe on page 11)
Filling
1 tablespoon of butter
1 and 1/2 tablespoons of cornstarch
1 and 1/2 cups of orange juice
1/2 can of condensed milk
1/2 cup of chopped pecans
Sauce
1 cup of orange juice
1/2 cup of passionfruit juice
5 tablespoons of agar
Topping
1 egg white
2 tablespoons of agar
1 can of whipped cream

1 In a saucepan, combine the butter, cornstarch dissolved in orange juice, condensed milk, and bring to a simmer, stirring constantly until thickened
Remove from heat and stir in pecans
Let cool
Sauce
1 Combine all ingredients and bring to a low simmer, without stirring, until thickened
Let cool
Topping
1 Beat egg white with agar until stiff peaks form
Mix in whipped cream
Cut the cake in half, moisten both parts with sauce, fill, and top
Refrigerate.
