3/4 cup of butter or margarine

120g of bittersweet chocolate, chopped
1 tablespoon of ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon of ground cloves
1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract

Preheat the oven to 170°C (moderate)
Beat the butter or margarine with the flour and eggs, adding one at a time, beating always
Add the wheat flour mixed with yeast and milk, mixing until the mixture is smooth
Place 1/3 of the mixture in another bowl and add the chocolate, cinnamon, cloves, and vanilla extract, mixing well
Layer alternate layers of white dough and chocolate dough in a tube pan or bundt pan
Bake for about 45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean
