1 cup of scalded milk
1/4 cup of vegetable oil
1 tablespoon of active dry yeast

Dough
Preheat the oven to medium temperature
Grease the baking dish with butter and dust with flour
Beat the eggs with sugar for 5 minutes
Add the oil and chocolate and beat for another 3 minutes
Add the flour and yeast and mix
Add the milk and stir
Pour the dough into the prepared pan and bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean
Let cool before removing from pan
Frosting
Melt butter, milk, sugar, and chocolate over medium heat
Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until thickened
Spread over cake and cut into squares to serve.
