In a bowl, combine ricotta cheese, flour, cornstarch, eggs, and vegetable oil
Mix well until a homogeneous dough forms that can be shaped with your hands

In a skillet, combine mozzarella balls cut into cubes, cornstarch, and let cook until tender
Drain the liquid that has formed and let it cool
On a floured surface, roll out the dough and cut into 16 squares
Place one portion of mozzarella filling on each square and shape the stuffed bites by joining the edges
Brush with an egg yolk and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for approximately 25 minutes.
