1 1/2 cups of wheat flour
2 teaspoons of active dry yeast
1/3 cup of melted butter
3/4 cup of sugar

1/2 cup of milk

4 tablespoons of melted unsalted butter
1/2 cup of brown sugar mascavo
2 tablespoons of wheat flour
2 teaspoons of ground cinnamon
1/2 cup of chopped hazelnuts

Preheat the oven to medium (350°F)
Grease a 9-inch round cake pan with butter and dust with wheat flour
Prepare the dough: sift together the wheat flour and active dry yeast
Set aside
In a stand mixer, cream together the melted butter and sugar until smooth
Add the egg and mix well
Gradually add the reserved dry ingredients and milk, alternating between the two, mixing well after each addition
Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and set aside
Prepare the topping: in a bowl, combine all the ingredients and mix well
Dust the top of the cake with the topping
Bake for 30 minutes, or until golden brown
Let cool, remove from pan, and serve.
