Blend the cheese with the condensed milk and egg yolks in a blender until smooth
Spread the mixture into a baking dish or individual ramekins
Whisk the egg whites with sugar until stiff and in peak form
Spread over the cheese mixture and bake in a moderate oven (170°C) for 10 minutes, or until the meringue is lightly golden
Serve quickly
