Preheat the oven
Mix and sift the flour with yeast
Beat the butter, sugar, and egg yolks together
Then add the flour and milk mixture, alternating between the two
Finally add the nutmeg and beaten egg whites in a firm snow-like consistency
Pour into a greased and floured pan
Cover with a little melted butter and sprinkle with sugar, cinnamon, and chopped cashews
Bake in a moderate oven for 30 minutes.
