2 large eggs
1 teaspoon of sugar
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of baking powder
1 teaspoon of baking soda
1/2 cup of all-purpose flour
1 ramekin of natural yogurt
1 1/2 cups of Fubá
1/2 cup of melted butter or margarine
8 strips of crispy bacon, chopped
1 cup of milk
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon of sugar
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of baking powder
1 teaspoon of baking soda
1/2 cup of all-purpose flour
1 ramekin of natural yogurt
1 1/2 cups of Fubá
1/2 cup of melted butter or margarine
8 strips of crispy bacon, chopped
1 cup of milk
Add the eggs, sugar, salt, baking powder, baking soda, flour, and yogurt to a blender; blend well
Without stopping the motor, gradually add the Fubá, melted butter or margarine, and milk, blending until smooth
Pour into an ungreased, 20 cm round cake pan, sprinkled with chopped bacon
Bake in a preheated moderate oven (180°C) for about 40 minutes, or until golden
Serve warm with a salad, or accompanying poultry or meats
