Chop two onions and caramelize them in a mixture of butter and oil. Add 5 tomatoes, peeled and seeded, a piece of sweet pepper, and cook everything with little water over low heat. With a kilogram of sweet potatoes, prepare a thick puree and then, with shrimp heads, make a thick sauce.
