1 batch of fritter dough
For the white sauce:
5 tablespoons of butter or margarine
6 tablespoons of all-purpose flour
2 cups of milk
1 teaspoon of salt
black pepper to taste
Options for filling:
1 cup of grated Parmesan cheese and mustard to taste
1/2 cup of cheddar cheese, ralado
1/2 cup of cooked ham, picado and mustard to taste
1/2 cup of a mix of parsley, oregano, and green onion
1 batch of fritter dough

Prepare the dough and let it rest for a few minutes before dropping spoonfuls onto a greased baking sheet with about 5 cm between each fritter
Bake in a preheated oven at 200ΒΊ for 30 minutes
Turn off the oven
Pierce each fritter with a fork tip
Let it cool down
Prepare the white sauce: melt the butter
Add the flour and mix well
Add the milk, mixing vigorously
Bring to a boil and cook for an additional 2 minutes, then season
Add one of the optional fillings (Parmesan cheese, ham, etc)
Or use leftover meats, poultry, fish, or vegetables., Cut the fritters in half, fill, and close
Let it sit for 5 days.
