4 slices of French bread without crust
1/2 cup of skim milk
4 eggs
1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon of nutmeg
1 tablespoon of cooking spray for oven and stove
1 medium-sized apple, peeled and cored into cubes
1/3 cup of raisins
Breadcrumbs for greasing

Cut the bread slices into 5cm cubes and place them in a preheated moderate oven to toast
Transfer to a plate and drizzle with warm milk
Let it rest for 15 minutes
Separately, beat the eggs well with cinnamon, nutmeg, and cooking spray
Add the apple, raisins, and mix until homogeneous
Distribute into individual ramekins greased and dusted with breadcrumbs
Bake in a water bath at moderate heat for approximately 35 minutes
Serve warm or at room temperature.
