600g of brie cheese, rind included
1 1/2 cups of heavy cream
3 tablespoons of lemon juice
1 1/2 teaspoons of salt
1 jar of fish roe (100g)
Ground black pepper to taste
12 sprigs of fresh dill for garnish
12 lime wedges with zest for garnish
36 crackers for canapés

Divide the brie cheese into 12 equal portions
Distribute among 12 plates and reserve
In a medium bowl, mix together heavy cream, lemon juice, and salt. Reserve
Heat each plate with a slice of brie cheese in the microwave for about 30 seconds, or until the cheese starts to melt
Assemble the plates by placing each slice under a spoonful of fish roe and surrounding it with two spoonfuls of the heavy cream mixture
Sprinkle with ground black pepper
Garnish with fresh dill and lime zest
Serve warm with crackers.
