Directions

Melt the chocolate in a double boiler

Mix well

Beat all the ingredients, except for the chocolate shavings, in an electric mixer

Pour into a 17.5 cm ring mold coated with butter and dusted with sugar

Bake in a water bath for approximately one hour or until, when tested with a toothpick, it comes out clean
