400g cream cheese

200g semisweet chocolate chips

Crush the biscuits and mix with butter to form a well-combined mixture
Press into a rectangular shape and refrigerate

Hydrate the gelatin with 2 tablespoons of water and dissolve in a warm water bath
In a mixer, beat the cream cheese until smooth

Remove the mixer and slowly add the sweetened condensed milk
Mix well
Mix carefully while incorporating the melted chocolate, whipped cream, and gelatin

Place the cream over the reserved biscotti, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight
Remove from the freezer 15 minutes before serving
Cut into squares, garnish with chocolate shavings and cherries.
