Preheat the oven to 400°F
Melt the chocolates separately in a double boiler. Reserve

In a blender, mix the condensed milk, eggs, and heavy cream
From this mixture, reserve half and mix well with the melted dark chocolate
Leave the rest to mix well with the white chocolate

Place the white chocolate mixture in an 18 cm round cake pan with a central hole, greased and floured
Spread the dark chocolate mixture on top of it, using a spatula to press down

Decorate with white and black granulated chocolate.
