Bring to a simmer, stirring constantly until it starts to thicken or forms a spoonable consistency

In a separate saucepan, combine the condensed milk, raspberry gelatin, milk, shredded coconut, and margarine
Bring to a simmer, stirring constantly until it starts to thicken

Distribute the brigadeiro at the halfway point of cups
Top with raspberries and refrigerate
Just before serving, dust with confectioner's sugar.
