Beat the butter and sugar until creamy
Add one egg at a time, beating well after each addition
Beat until light and fluffy
Add the banana, flour, baking powder, and coconut milk
Beat well
Pour into a greased 9x13-inch baking dish or a round cake pan with a hole in the middle
Alternate layers of batter and strawberry jam cubes
Bake at 350°F for about 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean
Cool and serve.
