2 3/4 cups all-purpose flour

In a bowl, combine flour, butter, egg, and salt
Gradually add 1/2 cup of water until the dough comes together
Knead well and let rest for 30 minutes
Roll out the dough thinly and line muffin tin cups, greased with butter
Make the filling: prepare a syrup with pineapple and 1 cup of water, then bring to a boil
Let cool slightly
Mix the filling ingredients together and pass through a sieve until all cheese is melted
Place in each cup and sprinkle with a pinch of cinnamon
Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
