1 Preheat the oven to 400°F
In a bowl, dissolve the yeast in warm milk
Add flour, sugar, eggs, vanilla, butter, and chocolate
Mix until a smooth batter forms
2 Knead the dough until it becomes easy to handle, adding more flour if necessary
Cover with plastic wrap and let rest for 30 minutes
Knead again, divide in half, and shape into two loaves
Place in medium-sized rectangular molds greased with butter
Cover and let rise until the dough has doubled in volume
3 Brush with egg beaten, place in the oven, and bake until golden brown.
