1 tablespoon of grated lime zest
1/2 cup of freshly squeezed lemon juice
4 separated eggs
1/2 cup of toasted coconut flakes

Combine the condensed milk, lime zest, and lemon juice
Briefly beat the egg whites
Add to the mixture anteriorly. Reserve
Beat the egg yolks until firm
Carefully add to the mixture anteriorly
Place in a prepared cake base
Refrigerate for some hours or until firm
Just before serving, sprinkle with toasted coconut flakes.
