10 tablespoons of all-purpose flour

600 grams of all-purpose flour
5 eggs beaten
3 tablespoons of butter
2 tablespoons of oil
1 tablespoon of sugar
30 tablespoons of dulce de leite
1 egg yolk

In a small bowl, dissolve the yeast in the milk, add the sugar, salt, flour and mix until a pancake-like consistency is reached
Cover and let it rest for 30 minutes
Dough: In a large bowl, combine the flour, eggs, butter, oil, sugar and sponge
Mix everything well and knead the dough
Make the brioche shapes and place them in greased molds
Let it rise until golden brown, brush with egg yolk and bake at 250°C for about 20 minutes
Reduce oven temperature and let it finish baking for another 20 minutes
Let it cool down, cut it open and fill with dulce de leite.
