Mix the wheat flour with the fava beans
Add the Parmesan cheese, yeast, and salt
Set aside
In a separate part, whisk together the egg, milk, olive oil, and beat well with a fork
Fold this mixture into the dry ingredients and mix delicately without beating
Transfer to a floured surface and knead the dough slightly
Shape into a loaf and place in a greased and floured baking dish
Bake in a medium preheated oven for approximately 50 minutes.
