In a medium bowl, mix together 1 cup of all-purpose flour with 3 tablespoons of sugar and 2 teaspoons of baking powder. Add in 1/3 cup of cold butter or margarine cut into small pieces and mix until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Fold in 1 cup of rolled oats, 1/2 cup of mini chocolate chips, and 2 eggs beaten together. Mix until all the ingredients are well combined and the dough is slightly sticky. Open the dough out onto a floured surface (can be done by hand) to form a circle with a diameter of 17 cm. Cut the circle into 12 wedges. Place the wedges on an ungreased baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 12 minutes, or until golden brown. Serve warm. Makes 12 triangles.
