    Prepare the grill for each person: 1 lamb chop, 1 rack of lamb (without the white membrane), 2-3 large mushrooms (brushed with butter), 1/2 large tomato (brushed with butter and seasoned with salt and pepper), 1 large onion, and 1 slice of bacon. Grill quickly. If the lamb racks and mushrooms are too small to fit between the grill bars, cook them in butter in a skillet. Serve with a green salad and red wine.
