Directions

Soak the gelatin in cold water and reserve

Then, mix well the pineapple chunks with orange juice, powdered sugar, and eggs

Next, bring to a medium heat, stirring constantly, until it starts to boil

Remove from heat, add the softened gelatin, and mix well

Let it cool down

When the mixture thickens slightly, add the whipped egg whites, mix carefully, and fill the cake

Let it cool down completely and top with whipped cream, pineapple rings, and cherries in maraschino syrup.
