1 bunch of broccoli
4 tablespoons of butter or margarine
1/4 cup of chopped onion
1/2 clove of minced garlic
1/4 teaspoon of thyme
1/4 teaspoon of marjoram

Wash the broccoli, separate into florets and cook
First heat butter or margarine in a skillet, then sauté the onion and garlic until tender but not browned
Add the drained broccoli
Cook over medium heat for 15 to 20 minutes
Add the seasonings and mix well
Serve 4 ways.
