1 medium-sized bunch of broccoli or 1 package of frozen broccoli
1/2 cup butter or margarine
1/3 cup lemon juice
1/3 cup chopped green onion
1 tablespoon mustard
Salt and black pepper to taste

If using fresh broccoli, wash and trim the stalks
Cook in boiling water for about 5 minutes, until tender but still crisp
If using frozen broccoli, follow package instructions
In a small saucepan, melt the butter or margarine over low heat
Add lemon juice, green onion, mustard, salt, and black pepper
Partially cover and keep warm over low heat
Drain the broccoli and spoon the sauce over the top
Serve 4 to 6 portions.
