In a heatproof bowl, melt the butter and chocolate over simmering water, stirring until smooth
Remove from heat, whisk in eggs until well combined, and stir until homogeneous
Add flour and sugar; beat lightly
Line an 8-inch square baking pan with parchment paper
Pour in the batter and bake at moderate heat (180°C) for 20 minutes or until firm
Let cool completely and invert onto a plate
Remove parchment paper and gently press down on the brownie to even it out
Use a 2.75-inch round cookie cutter to cut out 27 brownies
In a serving dish, place one brownie, drizzle with jam, and top with whipped cream; repeat layers twice, finishing with a brownie top
Repeat with remaining brownies
Drizzle the assembled brownies with pre-made chocolate syrup and serve.
