Cut the baguettes into 1 cm thick slices and toast them in a hot oven until golden brown
Brush with olive oil and rub garlic on top (optional)

Roast 3 green peppers, remove seeds, cut into strips and marinate for 30 minutes with 3 tablespoons olive oil, 1/2 clove garlic minced, salt and black pepper to taste.
