1 Preheat a large skillet over high heat
Melt the butter
Mix in the chestnuts and fry for 5 minutes
Add the remaining ingredients and stir well
Stir for 8 minutes or until the mixture is well combined
Transfer to a serving dish, spread out, and let cool
If the chestnuts stick together, separate them with your hands and serve chilled
This can be prepared up to two days in advance.
