2 cups of whole milk
1/2 teaspoon broken cardamom
1/2 cup strong brewed coffee
1/3 cup sugar
2 soup spoons of coffee liqueur

Bring the milk to a boil with the cardamom and let it steep for 20 minutes
Cool and reheat over low heat with the coffee and sugar until it starts to bubble again
Remove from heat and stir in the coffee liqueur
Blend in a blender until foamy
Serve hot with toast or bread.
