1 kg of beef (rump or tenderloin), cut into pieces
100 g of smoked bacon, cut into pieces
1 large onion (150 g), cut into pieces
1/4 cup of fresh parsley (20 g)
5 leaves of lettuce
1 tablespoon of paprika
1 tablespoon of sweet pepper powder
1 tablespoon of hot pepper powder
1/2 teaspoon of cumin in powder
1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
1 tablespoon of salt

Grease a large baking dish with oil
Bake the oven at 350°F (medium)
In a processor, beat all the ingredients until they become homogeneous
Divide the mixture into twelve equal parts
Take one part and shape it in your palm
On top, place a skewer of churrasco
Wrap it with the meat mixture and shape it into a tongue-like form
Place it in the baking dish
Prepare the other skewers in the same way
Bake in the preheated oven, turning them occasionally until they are golden brown (about 40 minutes)
Transfer to a tray and serve
