Soak the soybeans in a liter of boiling water for ten minutes
Drain and spread them on a baking sheet
Place in a medium oven like an almond, let cool
Blend slowly in a blender to form a coarse flour
Transfer to a bowl and combine with milk, baking powder, butter, milk, and vanilla
Mix well until homogeneous, if necessary add more milk to achieve the right consistency for rolling out by hand
Roll into small cylindrical shapes and refrigerate for four hours
Serve chilled.
