For the cream cheese
2 cups of ricotta
1 tablespoon of vanilla extract
8 packets of unflavored gelatin
1/4 cup of skim milk
For the orange custard
4 peeled and seeded oranges, cut into slices
1 shot of orange liqueur
1/2 cup of orange juice
4 packets of unflavored gelatin
For the cream cheese

Beat the ricotta, vanilla extract, and gelatin in a blender
Add the milk gradually until you get a smooth cream
For the custard
Combine the orange juice, oranges, and liqueur in a saucepan
Let it boil and reduce
Turn off the heat and add the gelatin
Serve with the cream cheese.
