Peel and cut the potatoes in half
In a large pot, put one and a half liters of water and bring to a boil
Add the potato and pork without skin, cover and cook over low heat for about 30 minutes
Remove from heat, separate the pork and cut it into slices
Strain the potatoes through a sieve and return them to the pot
When boiling again, add the kale, pork, lower the heat and let it simmer for about five minutes
Drizzle with olive oil and serve immediately.
