Mix together the lemon juice, water, parsley, and salt
Let it marinate for 15 minutes
Strain the shrimp and reserve the marinade
Dust the shrimp with flour in a plate and coat them evenly
Heat the wok pan over high heat with butter and olive oil
Fry half of the shrimp, stirring constantly for 1 minute
Remove the cooked shrimp with a slotted spoon and reserve
Fry the remaining shrimp and reserve it with the others
Add the reserved marinade to the wok pan, add paprika, and let it simmer for 1 minute
Add the shrimp back into the pan, stir occasionally until it starts boiling
Add parsley, cumin, and red bell pepper
Stir well and serve immediately.
