Melt the butter or margarine and fry the shrimp with minced onion, along with peeled and chopped tomatoes, mashed garlic, pepper sauce, and chopped parsley
Fry until the shrimp are cooked through and the sauce is thickened
In individual ramekins, place 1-2 spoonfuls of creamy cheese at the bottom
Cover with a bit of shrimp with sauce and top with creamy cheese
Place in a hot oven until the cheese melts
Serve very hot
Serves around 6 people.
