Fry the shrimp, remove shells and clean them
Melt the butter
Add the cheese, salt, mustard, and onion
Cook over low heat, stirring until the cheese melts
Add the shrimp and whiskey
Divide into 3 individual ramekins (for oven) and bake to brown
Serve three times.
