Remove the crusts from the bread, cut into four pieces and toast in the oven
Peel the land bananas, cut into eight slices leaving each one about 0.5 cm thick and caramelize in a non-stick pan with oil
To assemble the bites, spread a generous layer of creamy cheese, place the banana on top and add a bit of gelatin
Finally, place basil pesto over them.
